Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your service provider may reschedule your appointment to another time and/or day.  In the event you are scheduled for an appointment and do not show without notification, your next appointment is subject to a deposit of 50% for the upcoming service. 


For skincare/massage/nail appointments, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at the time of appointment.


We want you to be satisfied with the products and services purchased at Salt.  All service sales are final.  If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly make adjustments within the first 14 days following the service date.  Returns/Exchanges on products accepted 14 days after date of purchase.


Please note that some service providers are independent contractors and are not employed by Salt Beauty and Wellness.  Because of this, prices/services/policies/timing/etc. may be different than what is advertised on Salt website or print material.


Your service provider has the right to change or modify prices, services and/or timing depending on the services to be performed.
